Our stay in South St Flat - Graduate Hospital was fantastic. The location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to restaurants in Rittenhouse Square. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and the extra amenities like the VR gaming system and complimentary beer. The shower was amazing and the bed was very comfortable. a wonderful experience.

the south st flat in graduate hospital was even better than our previous stay in philadelphia. the vibrant carnival atmosphere was contagious, and we loved being in the heart of the action. the cozy and comfortable accommodations provided everything we needed for a memorable stay. we can't wait to come back next year!

We got great value for our money with our stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and attractions. The staff treated us very well and even allowed a late checkout to accommodate our schedule.
The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer a wider variety of food options for breakfast.

I absolutely loved my stay at the South St Flat - Graduate Hospital. The location was perfect for exploring the vibrant neighborhood of Graduate Hospital. The flat itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained. The modern steam shower in the bathroom was a luxurious treat. We were in Philly for a week and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities provided, such as the VR gaming system and stocked fridge, were a nice surprise. The shower was amazing, and the added bonus of having a washer was convenient. The property owner was accommodating and allowed us a later checkout. Would definitely stay here again!
Totally recommend this hotel.
